The ChefIrina KozhenovaBiography:
She was born on 16 September 1975 in Uzbekistan. Irina finished the school with excellent marks and entered Energy Faculty on Tashkent Government University, which she finished in 1996. Then she got married and together with her husband she moved to Moscow.
Irina got the second high education after studying at Institute for Advanced Studies (filial branch of Russian Economic Academy, named by G.V. Plehanova). While practicing at “Laguna” restaurant she realized that culinary is her real life.
After practicing Irina got the job in Japanese restaurant “Zheltoe More”, where she was working for almost 3 years. In 2001 she got the job as sous-chef at “Vanil” restaurant and was headed by the Chef Philip Larma. First as the Chef she was working at “Veterok” restaurant, and on November 2004 she headed the kitchen of “Prichal” restaurant. On September 2005 Irina passed culinary master class in Parma (Italy). Irina thinks that in culinary the most important thing is not the quantity but the quality - the quality of a product, recipe quality and as a result – the quality of a dish itself.
